We aim to boost the knowledge of different aspects of stroke management, and facilitate the decision making upon obstacles nurses can face on their daily work. The training will cover Nurses from the following countries: Russia; Moldova; Kyrgyzstan; Kazakhstan; Belarus and Uzbekistan, with 2 hour 15 min sessions , 1 per week, during 5 weeks for each country. Invited speakers are neurologists, psychologists and other local specialists from these countries.
Targeted participants are mainly stroke and emergency nurses.
The meeting is open to all with relevant interests. Apart from specific stroke knowledge, we will also share information on ICU intensive therapy, nutritional support for patients, placement and care of probes & catheters, as well as administrative and self-psychological management.
