We are delighted to invite you to ESOC 2027 in Vienna, Austria – a city renowned for its rich scientific heritage, culture of innovation, and tradition of fostering international collaboration.

Austria is internationally recognised for its dense and well-organised stroke unit network, structured post-stroke care pathways and disease management programmes, as well as for its long-standing tradition of stroke quality monitoring and control.

As the European stroke community gathers in this inspiring setting, the meeting will also celebrate a special milestone: the 20th anniversary of the European Stroke Organisation, marking two decades of advancing stroke science, care, and education.

ESOC 2027 will bring together leading experts from across the globe to share the latest discoveries, innovations, and insights. The programme is designed to foster collaboration, inspire meaningful exchange, and highlight advances shaping the future of stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery.
