We’re pleased to invite you to an insightful webinar organised jointly by the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and the ESMINT (European Society of Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy). Join the discussion on ischaemic stroke with large core infarcts on Thursday 12 December from 15:00 CET.
When is large too large?
When do we do more harm than good?
In the next ESO webinar, we will answer many questions about size, benefit and current knowledge from the thrombectomy trials available to us to date regarding large core infarcts. We will engage with Lina Palaiodimou (Greece), Vincent Costalat (France) and Natalia Perez de La Ossa (Spain) to talk about clinical trials, pathophysiology and patient selection for thrombectomy. Together with them, we will share our experience, knowledge, and motivation for daily work with stroke patients while remaining honest, open, and critical.
Attending the webinar may help you make the next decision on thrombectomy more consciously, safely, and based on current scientific medical knowledge in the spirit of good teamwork between neurology and neuroradiology.
