Exploring Advancements in Intracerebral Haemorrhage: The ICH Academy Meeting
This half-day meeting aims to bring together stroke scientists and healthcare professionals to exchange and discuss the latest advancements and research in the field of intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH).
The 2nd ESO-ICH Academy Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 20 May 2025 on the pre-conference day during ESOC in Helsinki. The programme will be announced shortly.
The ICH Academy Meeting is a premier event that brings together stroke scientists and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest advancements in intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) This meeting could also be an opportunity for young physicians and researchers to present, discuss and advance their research programmes with colleagues and international experts in ICH. On top of teaching course provided by faculties, selected young researchers will have the chance to deliver oral presentations on their research projects and to receive a research grant.
Following the success of the first ICH Academy meeting in Basel, we are excited to announce that IAM is evolving, with two main novelties:
- More participants: up to 50 participants will be selected to provide the ideal learning environment and best possible interaction between faculty and participants.
- Expanded focus on basic sciences: The curriculum will be divided into separate lectures for basic and clinical sciences. Candidates will also have the opportunity to submit their research proposals in either of these two categories. ESO will award a research grant of €10,000 to the best clinical and basic science projects.
