The congress will be organised by the Nordic Stroke Society and the Estonian L. Puusepp Society of Neurologists and Neurosurgeons.
The congress will take place in the Estonian National Museum in Tartu, Estonia (www.erm.ee) – a modern spacious versatile building where history, art and science meet.
