Early Registration Deadline
ESOC 2025 is taking place exclusively onsite in Helsinki, with a focus on face-to-face interactions WITH COLLEAGUES FROM AROUND THE WORLD.
For 2025 we set our focus on an attractive onsite conference and availability of certain on-demand content for our members after the event through our eSTEP platform. Full content will not be available on demand and no online CME is available.

Registration Categories / Proof Upload
* Trainee (Student/Fellow/Junior Researcher): In order to benefit from the special fee, a proof of status (copy of valid student ID or approval letter signed by the head of department) must be uploaded in English language during the online registration as pdf or jpg. This category does not apply for residents.
** Nurse and AHP: a proof of status (approval letter signed by the head of department) must be uploaded in English language during the online registration as pdf or jpg
*** The reduced rate is available to all participants of a country designated by the World Bank rating as a low / lower-middle income economy. Please click here to view a list of these countries.
**** Strictly refers to non-physician/lay-person members of SSOs.
*****Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Each course has limited places.
