Stroke is a largely preventable condition and even minimal amounts of exercise can drop your risk of stroke. ESO is actively working towards this goal and aims to get you activated.
ESO, in partnership with the Stroke Alliance for Europe (SAFE), collaboratively initiated SAP-E, the most extensive stroke initiative in Europe. This ongoing Stroke Action Plan, crafted by stroke experts across Europe, aims to reduce the burden of stroke by setting targets for evidence-based prevention and stroke services until 2030. SAP-E focuses on enhancing awareness and improving the entire stroke care pathway, effectively lessening the impact of stroke across Europe.
