The European Life After Stroke Forum was set up to address this problem. It aims to bring together research, best practice and those with lived experience to encourage more research and sharing of best practice across Europe. With this mix of knowledge and real-life stories we want to inspire and motivate our attendees, and ultimately empower them to make impactful changes in their countries.
